How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide recruitment services (steps taken at your request, or performance of a contract).

Who we share it with
We share candidate information with prospective employers only with your agreement. We also use trusted service providers to host our website, email and recruitment systems. Some of these providers, and many of our clients, are located in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and candidate data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and normally no longer than two years after our last meaningful contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
